The client is a builder by trade and we work together on other projects for other clients.

In this instance the builder has become the client and purchased this 2 bedroomed detached property through sealed bids and is currently remodelling/extending to create a 4 bedroom open plan kitchen/living area dwelling, utilising all the space available and still in keeping with the traditional look and feel of the original property without affecting the garden.

This project should be completed by October 2014 with more photographs to follow.
