Our client appointed us to design a 6000ft2 dwelling on two floors with a swimming pool/gym on land surrounded by the green belt with open views overlooking the countryside. Contract value circa £650k.
As the new dwelling was within the greenbelt, we had to justify the reasons why we thought this new build was appropriate and the impact on the greenbelt would not be affected.
To achieve this, we produced 3D images with a full 360 degree walk-around so the planning department and client got a full understanding of the way the building worked and looked.
This dwelling was given approval that once it was constructed, the original dwelling would be demolished.
